Small practice approach to case selection

Len’s practice is highly selective. He insists on keeping a relatively small practice so that he and his team can master the facts and the law of every matter they accept. This means that he often works to find someone a more appropriate counsel, for various reasons.

In selecting a case, Len draws upon various factors. With a deep well of experience in Homicide, Sexual Assault, Federal and State Drug Crimes, and White Collar Criminal matters, Len seeks a practice balance and tries to take on matters that he knows his unique approach will make the most difference.

Len has also been frequently asked to represent law enforcement officers who find themselves accused of crimes. Like all other matters he handles, Len carefully evaluates his ability to impact the case before accepting a case in this area, but he is keenly aware of the challenges in representing law enforcement accused of crimes.
